Let's face it Commercial Township, times are tough!!! Are you in need of items but don't have the extra cash to purchase them? Our World has changed and we are barely able to keep afloat, it is time for Commercial Township to step up, come together and help one another!
My goal here is to have a Swap where our Neighbors can contact one another with items they no longer need taking the burden off of others from having to make a purchase. If you are ready to make a difference in your Community then start going through your drawers, closets, cabinets, basements and garages. Let's lift the vibration of our area and put a smile back on our Neighbors face!
My intention is for this to run like FB Marketplace except there will be NO money exchange. All individuals who are willing to swap will be doing just that, handing over their items either to get them off their hands or for an "Even Exchange" based on a need or want basis versus a monetary value.
All Subscribers must also be comfortable with leaving their contact information whether it be cell phone number, email or address. This is the only way that someone who has what you're looking for can contact you.
I would also suggest that you meet in a public area such as Wawa, Dollar General, Veteran's Memorial Park, Haleyville Baseball Field and so on. If you are comfortable with giving your home address by all means do so but I will add a small disclaimer that I am not responsible for anything that may transpire during your Swap!
I would like for this to be as fair as possible and encourage people to give as much as they receive! If people are not showing gratitude for the items they have received or refuse to only take instead of giving you will be asked to leave.
Let's turn this in to something amazing for our Community and enrich the lives of those who are in need.
